HOW DO I ACTIVATE “REMOTE ACCESS”?

NOTE: This feature is only available if the Gogogate2 is connected to a Wi-Fi network with Internet access.

In this step you will activate the Remote Access feature. Remote Access will allow you to remotely operate your device from anywhere through Internet and set up features such as user management or alerts.

1. Open the Gogogate2 app and press the EDIT button.

2. Select the CONFIG DEVICE option.

3. Login using your admin credentials (NB: the "Login" for administrators will always be "admin". Please use the same password used during initial set up).

4. Select the REMOTE ACCESS option in the settings menu.

5. Press the ENABLE ACCESS button.

6. Read the above "Terms and Conditions". (Check the box to accept Terms and Conditions)

 

7. Introduce the authentication code found in the Quick Start Guide of your Gogogate2 device. Then, press the ACTIVATE button to enable the Remote Access feature.
